About

Buzzeum is a communication and strategy agency specialised in museums founded by Diane Drubay in 2007. Evolving with the industry, Buzzeum co-founded the hacktaton dedicated to museums « Museomix » in 2011.
In 2013, Buzzeum founded the international conferences about innovation and museums « We Are Museums » in Lithuania and which has been traveling since then to Poland, Germany, Romania, Latvia and Morocco.
Since 2014 Buzzeum curates the programmation of « Museum Connections« , the international trade show and conference for museum businesses set in Paris every January.

About the founder
French and Berlin-based, Diane Drubay is a long-standing member of the museum and innovation effervescence, a specialist in museum digital strategy, an event curator and community builder.
With a business school specialised in marketing background and a diploma in economy of culture at La Sorbonne, Diane Drubay lauched Buzzeum as a blog nurturing her 2-years thesis about the impact of new technologies on museums. The blog became the agency at the end of her studies.
She has worked for two years at the French Ministry of Culture and Communication as a digital project manager and were especially in charge of the digital communication of the European Night of Museums in 2011 and 2012. She was the online communication manager and monthly events curator of the National Henner Museum in Paris for 3 years.
For the last few years, she has taught digital strategy and project management at Sciences Po Paris and EAC Paris, and regularly speaks at international conferences to share her vision of the future of museums.
Diane Drubay is also a video artist and photographer, investigating psychoactive and transcendental experiences through images of nature to expand the idea of the sublime.
